Using our state of the art Dashboard, clients can create their own reports online. The Dashboard offers a choice of data types, which can be assembled into reports.
The current list of components include a summary component (for a quick overview of a query), full mentions listing with engagement options, recurring phrases listings, and historical graphing of queries and phrases. New components are regularly added.
Users can create and save an unlimited number of profiles. They can also download the data of each component in Excel or CSV format.
The Dashboard uses the latest Web technologies, and does not require any software to be installed, it will work from any machine with an up-to-date web browser.
An Application Programming Interface (API) is also available if you need to integrate SIP:Enterprise data into your own system.
Both the Dashboard and the API function by making queries to our data-centre, where we store all our data using a large distributed, redundant collection of servers. This guarantees availability and performance.
