SIP:Enterprise automates most of the cleaning and processing of Query mentions, but ongoing human involvement is sometimes required, in particular for:

  • Ongoing Keyword search string improvement: as an analyst reviews mentions, he can refine the search string to better avoid irrelevant mentions and improve the results
  • Improved sentiment classification: as the sentiment of keyword mentions are verified, we can further educate the sentiment engine to generate better results in the future
  • Mention categorisation: individual mentions can be assigned to pre-defined categories such as Status (Open, Replied, Closed), Priority (High to Low), Area (Customer Complaint, Suggestion, etc). Mentions can also be given freeform tags. This can then be used to share the engagement responsibilities across several users and to generate reports.
